Fair use rationale for Image:Spicegirls-spiceworld.jpg
[edit]Image:Spicegirls-spiceworld.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Lack of information
[edit]This is article has hardly any information , it is one of the best selling albums of all time and hardly anything is said about it —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.10.141.122 (talk) 22:26, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

– Pretty much unquestionably the primary topic. Unreal7 (talk) 09:37, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose really sorry but Spice World (film) seems equally mentioned in Google Books. In ictu oculi (talk) 14:05, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose per In ictu oculi. The film is often referred to as "Spiceworld". Peter James (talk) 22:58, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Support. So use a hatnote. Powers T 02:28, 22 May 2013 (UTC)

- Oppose "Spiceworld" should redirect to the film -- 65.94.76.126 (talk) 07:50, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose - Neither is primary. Why would a notable album be more recognized and primary than a notable film? Or the other way around? The album is less viewed than the film, but... well, back then, the album was more well-received than the film. Also, do not redirect "spiceworld" to either film or article; the title should stay as of the dab page. --George Ho (talk) 06:51, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter which is more recognized; the two titles are sufficiently different that a hatnote is sufficient for disambiguation. Powers T 17:56, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- Here we go again; if moved, hatnotes can change or be removed, and dab pages can change. --George Ho (talk) 19:42, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
- I refuse to believe that the Spice World film is more recognizable. The album was more successful than the film and the album came out first.--SuperHotWiki (talk) 23:27, 23 May 2013 (UTC)

Studio and Soundtrack album
[edit]This album (just like 'Glitter' by Mariah Carey) should be listed as a studio album and a soundtrack. I know the body of the article mentions it, but so should the lead and the infobox (as before). The Spice Girls themselves have described it as a soundtrack album.
