Warning about your constant Vandalism

Stop vandalising people's contributions by constantly undoing them - If you have issues there are proper channels to go about it. Don't just keep undoing the page. Xghostfacexx (talk) 11:19, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

Dragging and dredging

In answer to your question of 13 March 2014.
A body of water is dragged to search it for, for example, a lost object such as a gun or a body. See section 5,a. here and searching for gems here
A body of water is dredged to deepen it, usually to make it more navigable or to improve the flow. It is also used to obtain sand or gravel for some other use. See Dredging.
Although the two operations are similar in some respects, dragging is normally to find something and dredging is to move something. In this context they were looking for the body of Nanak, so the original word, dragging, is more appropriate. Apuldram (talk) 12:38, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
