I think it might be best to remove the picture implying that Sumerian is the progenitor for Egyptian hieroglyphics. This idea has been proposed many times in the past, but there doesn't seem to be any solid evidence for it as the image implies. This is not to mention the unfortunate implications that linear A and linear B are somehow the direct descendents of hieroglyphics. Laserteeth Killmore (talk) 20:11, 23 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
