[edit]Samuel Prescott was an important player (even if he was the third-most-important player) in a pivotal event in US history. Deleting the article would be a mistake. Someone will expand the stub. The fact that it's a candidate for speedy deletion and I have to spend time writing this is disappointing. Why did I even bother fixing the previous vandalism? Flying Jazz 04:42, 19 May 2005 (UTC)
- Did he have kids? who did he marry? what are his kids names?
~Snipergod
- According to the Prescott Memorial by William Prescott, he did not have any children which is logical as he was visiting his fiancee and died abt 1777 at the age of 26.
- I dispute the ranking as the "third most important player" as it is non-authoritative.
- I would suggest that linking him to the Bush family is irrelevant as they are not direct descendents of Samuel Prescott, but of his sister Lucy.

- Yeah, There isn't enough information about him on here. You could do better. :)

[edit]The oddly named Samuel Prescott-Beyond the Famous Ride was created although this page already existed. Much of the information there appears to come from a self-published book by the editor who created that page. Information that can be independently verified from that page should be moved over to this page.Shsilver (talk) 17:28, 21 July 2009 (UTC)
