Talk:Mixed derivatives
I'm not sure that this should have been merged into symmetry of second derivatives. I mean, mixed derivatives are a seperate thing. The symmetry mentioned is a property of mixed derivatives, but does not define them. In light of this, I shall revert, and add a see also link to the symmetry page mentioned. If there are any problems with this, let me know here. - Cgranade 08:06, Apr 20, 2004 (UTC)
Well, please don't revert just yet. Charles Matthews 08:08, 20 Apr 2004 (UTC)
So, you didn't give me much chance to finish my edit. Charles Matthews 08:10, 20 Apr 2004 (UTC)
Sorry... I crossed messages, and didn't realize that the edit was in progress. Cgranade 08:11, Apr 20, 2004 (UTC)
I have also linked to Hessian matrix. This is possibly a better redirect.
