The previous page here had nothing about the cocktail and a long discussion on the Virgin Mary, so it has been moved to Talk:Virgin Mary, leaving this place for talk on the cocktail. (Is there anyone who wants to talk about a cocktail???) ÉÍREman 01:53 May 4, 2003 (UTC)
The Bloody Mary article gives an anecdote on the origins of the name of Bloody Mary.
- "One of the boys suggested we call the drink 'Bloody Mary' because it reminded him of the Bucket of Blood Club in Chicago, and a girl there named Mary."
This differs from the origins given in this article. I don't know which one is correct, but I thought I should point out the inconsistancy. Aggelophoros 04:06, 27 Jan 2004 (UTC)
An alternative theory as to the origins of the name isn't an "inconsistancy".
