Wouldn't it be more sensible to put all this information and this good image at Death Valley National Park, with a redirect there from Skidoo and Skidoo, California? Is there a Category: Ghost towns? Wetman 22:48, 22 Jun 2004 (UTC)

The article says that when skidoo is used as the name of a snomobile it is always hyphenated. I am skeptical...

It is a brand of snowmobile. As a brand name, it's hyphenated. — FREAK OF NURxTURE (TALK) 06:57, Jan. 26, 2006

I removed this text from the page: Tourists to the site of the town are sometimes visited in their campsites at night by a man wearing early 20th Century clothing and a bowler hat. He asks for directions out of town and then walks away. He appears to be the ghost of a local murderer who was lynched about 1905. seems to be non-verifiable, at least. I moved this to ghost town status. It it is totally uninhabited, no buildings left and has been that way for years.Asiaticus (talk) 10:03, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
