I am a strong believer in citing sources. Citing sources helps readers who are looking for more sources of information, helps resolve disputes over facts, and ultimately can help improve the reputation of the wiki as a reliable source of secondary research.
I am an inclusionist. There are any number of articles appealing to a small group of people, that we have sufficient storage space to include. I usually only add a vfd if there is a lack of references or other evidence to confirm that the subject wasn't just made up by the contributor.
I have nothing against users making repeated requests for adminship, since that gives them an opportunity to incorporate some of the suggestions given in the RFA process.
I oppose relying solely on edit counts to determine whether a user has enough experience to be an admin, since these can be inflated. See the caveats at Wikipedia:List of Wikipedians by number of edits.
